The 2024 Annual Meeting will highlight the theme: “Embracing Change. Impacting Patient Care.” The AAPM Annual Meeting & Exhibition is the world's largest program of scientific, educational, and professional presentations and exhibits in the medical physics industry drawing thousands of attendees.
The Annual Meeting is a gathering where you are at the forefront of cutting-edge research, technology and clinical applications. This year, we focus on embracing change… change in healthcare, change in medical physics, and change in AAPM. The mission of AAPM is advancing medicine through excellence in the science, education and professional practice of medical physics; a broad-based scientific and professional discipline which encompasses physical principles with applications in biology and medicine. topical session focusing on a current topic which may include
foundational medical physics principles, clinically relevant

- Partners in Solutions (PinS) – This Continuing Education approved program offers a unique way for attendees to interact with and learn from our exhibitors. All sessions feature an educational, topic-specific presentation delivered by AAPM members followed by practical, application-specific presentations from our vendor partners.
- Educational Topic-Specific Guided Tours – Guided tours provide a new way for attendees to interact with vendors while earning Continuing Education credits. All sessions begin with a 30-minute educational presentation provided by AAPM members. Vendors will then provide detailed information about the topic-specific solution(s) they offer. It’s an interesting and fun way to get a comprehensive overview of commercially available solutions to address your clinical needs.

A.AAPM Society will not refund any registration fees in case of cancellation of the registration or change of registration category by the participant.

A.Hotels rooms offered through discounted event rates are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. While conducting your search, the online system reflects up-to-the-minute availability and booking options.
Q.Is there a waiting list for sold out hotels?
A.No. If a hotel is sold out, you will not be able to make a reservation or place your name on any kind of waiting list.
